This time we focus a bit more on the basic fundamental points related to Gedan Mawashi Geri (low roundhouse kick), such as the striking area, striking target, technique, basic set-ups, and of course some sparring at the end.
This is the Kyokushin Karate low kick variation but it is of course applicable in many other contexts such as kickboxing, MMA, Muay Thai, self-defense and so on.
