This video just shows a time saver that saves about 10 seconds in 1 player and about a minute in co-op.

Note: You must run up and open the door and then walk into the room then back out like I did in this video or else the glitch won't work. The Locusts in the room below won't spawn and you'll have to load your last checkpoint.
