Gears of War: E-Day's Open Beta is finally here, and in this video we're jumping into Horde Siege for the very first time as we experience the brand-new onboarding mission to see how The Coalition has evolved one of Gears of War's most iconic cooperative modes! From battling waves of Locust, taking on boss encounters, capturing objectives, reviving teammates, and experimenting with the new Horde systems to learning how energy, supply caches, disruptors, extraction, and progression all work, we're breaking down everything I noticed during my first hands-on session with Horde Siege. You'll also see my honest first impressions as I adjust to the updated movement, survive chaotic encounters with Reavers, Wretches, and Drones, accidentally fall into an E-Hole, earn my first Horde MVP, and share my thoughts on how this new mode compares to classic Gears Horde.
