A case of "you get what you pay for." This is difficult to properly test until you get it fully installed. I found out the pass-through ventilation is useless. This is supposed to be pass-through ventilation from the stove top through the microwave and out the roof ventilation... nope, not this one. Not my first rodeo and I followed the instructions. This unit is defective or a really poor design. Horrible customer service.
