Half Life Alyx does run, but not great with this GPD Win Max + E-GPU + Index setup. I have underclocked the GPU quite a bit, and there might be other optimizations to make as well. But the main problem might be that the E-GPU is using TB3 and that does limit the GPU with its 40gbps. Its pretty fast, but not compared to PCI-E 3 x16.
But I am recording the game on the GPD Win Max while playing Alyx, so that combined probably does hot help with the performance, and the settings can be reduced a bit more.
