In this video, I show you how to interpret a chemical formula. First we look at how to identify the elements shown by a chemical formula. We then explore how to use the small numbers in a formula to work out the number of atoms of each element. I then take you through how to interpret formulas containing brackets. Finally, I give you several examples to try yourself and then take you through the answers.
