He will not do that; it was a chess move on his part. An analysis: He said that to cause the Arab nations in the Middle East to take on the responsibility of rebuilding Gaza. His announcement will cause the surrounding nations to say no need for the USA in Gaza, they will rebuild Gaza.
A remote possibility if President Trump was serious, it will never pass in both chambers of Congress and both political parties.
