Since 2009, Stephen and Laura Holt have served in Sierra Leone through Gather the Fragments Bible Mission, dedicated to evangelism, discipleship, and Bible training in a nation with some of the world's lowest literacy rates, dominated by darkness and false religion.
From founding the Gather the Fragments (GTF) Bible Institute to pioneering illustrated "wordless" evangelism and a mobile "exportable training" circuit reaching remote churches, their work has borne fruit for 17 years, including a self-sustaining local church built by its own congregation.
Now, due to Laura's health, the Holts are entering a new season: Stephen will split his time between the U.S. and the field. As they return home on furlough, there's an urgent need: a family called to step in and carry this work forward.
We ask that you please join us in praying for Laura's health and for God to send the right laborers to this harvest, that God raises up the next family, surrendered and ready, to continue this great work that Steve and Laura so faithfully started.
