Ordinal Numbers from 11–19
Ordinal numbers are adjectives and therefore agree in gender with the noun they describe. The numbers from first to tenth are fully declined, i.e. they will take different case endings (fatha, kasra or damma), depending upon their grammatical function within the sentence.
The numbers from eleventh to nineteenth are not declined.
The definite article 'al' may only be added to the first part of the number.
