GateKeeper is new at Cedar Point for the 2013 season. It is the longest Winged roller coaster with the longest drop. It s also the fastest Winged coaster with the most inversions. The ride begins being rotated up-side-down before the first drop, then goes through six inversions at 67 mph. One of the many inversions even goes through two "keyhole" tower structures built into the front (entrance) gate--hence the name "GateKeeper." GateKeeper (and Cedar Point) opens May 11th for the 2013 season.
