Tried CHICKEN SHAWARMA from an American gas station ⛽️ in Aliso Viejo, CA 😭👄
Saw this place called NAWWAR SHAWARMA pop up shop inside a Sinclair gas station 😭 and on my journey to try every chicken shawarma in the world, I figured I need to see who just popped into my backyard.
This thing was gooooood...these guy go CRAZY on the crisp, the pita is pressed then totally fried up on the skillet, the chicken was nice, pickle is proper, the toum is creamy and punchy, and I didn't see them build it but I got a taste of sweetness on the meat...maybe a molasses of sorts, maybe some pomegranate...either way, I'll be back. Definitely worth a visit!
