This is Gary Moore's first full-length album as a permanent member (not guest) in his first band Skid Row, released in 1970. Shortly after release, the record company had a change of heart (or decided to invest a bit more in the band, probably at Peter Green's suggestion), had this album recalled, went back to the studio to redo about half of the songs, and record altogether new songs instead of the other half. The band weren't too fond of either version, but 34 Hours, the second album, was more professional and "together". Still, you can hear the fire and excitement of three teenagers full of piss and vinegar...
