The Gary Fong FlipCage™ had a lot of promise - it was featured on the Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda, and touted as a brilliant invention. So what went wrong? Timing - and - the idea to have many, many colors threw the production into an impossible turnaround for the first holiday season. By the next holiday season, iPhones had taken over much of the point-and-shoot market, obsoleting the product.
