I forgot to bring Moon Flute for some phase transitions and Final Sting but she's dead so whatever.

Working out a way to kill the twins in a timely manner was a mild challenge but aside from that, no huge issue. Easily doable by a fairly skilled player.

In terms of optimization, Moon Flute, obviously, but also, being a bit more liberal with Surpanakha - IE, using the one stack I get back on the first Chirada. Otherwise, keeping my GCD rolling, learning all of Garuda's HP thresholds for phase transitions, and timings for phase transitions would all make the encounter go a lot smoother (also not being hit by feather rain but we don't talk about that). I also don't know if it's worthwhile to try kiting Garuda around after the first adds phase, since she's one of the rare ARR mobs that doesn't have laggy pathing and catches up to you quite quickly, even with Basic Instinct's movement speed increase.
