Servicing a vintage (1960's) Garrard AT6 record deck.
The idler wheel had a bad dent in it , as it had been left in the ON position (for many years), pressing it against the speed spindle.
Carefully sanding it down worked perfectly.
Also dampened the platter to reduce the high bell like ringing.
