Garnets come in all the colors of the rainbow and can match any mood.
Classic pyrope and almandine are red varieties of garnet and the most commonly known. Then there’s orange spessartine, sometimes known as mandarin garnet. Hessonite and Mali garnet come in warm golden to greenish yellow hues.
Green garnets dazzle too! Demantoid, famous for its horsetail inclusions and intense fire, and tsavorite with its vivid glow. There’s also pink-to-peach Malaya garnet and rich purple garnet loved by collectors.
Some garnets offer even more magic. Rainbow garnet with natural iridescence and color-change garnet that shifts under different light, including the ultra-rare blue garnet that transforms from teal to violet.
From red to blue and every shade in between, garnet is truly a gemstone rainbow.
