This video is a nice little follow-up to my earlier one in which I showed how to plant garlic in the Fall. In this one, we will follow the garlic as it emerges in the Spring and then matures in the Summer. I show what to do with garlic scapes and also when to harvest.

Check out the results I got from my crop grown at home and also at my local Community Garden. With all of the rain we had in June, I'm very glad the bulbs were grown in raised beds. Without the improved drainage, the crop might have rotted very badly.
