Dear Loyal Patrons
I founded Minds Eye Brewing Co, 4 years ago, with the aim of becoming a viable business within 2-3 years of trading. I have begun trading this year, 10% of the profits will go to the charity Mind as I would like to run a business not purely geared for profit.

Over the years I have been suggested by colleagues to do a Cider Business related video. I have been putting it off and thinking no-one would be interested. So I will put it out into the either and see what you think of it :)
I have made this video in one afternoon this Sunday the 10th of August 2025. There are probably inaccuracies and misused jargon such as pomace and it's exact definition.
Please feel free to leave feedback as this is the first time I talk into the camera.
