Here is a test of the runout on the Hadron ORD Bot Gantry. The test was hard to do with the equipment I had. This test shows about +/-.001" on motion over a 100mm move. A wheel circumference is about 75mm. The rapid changes suggest there is an issue of smoothness or cleanliness of the test surface.
