Everything I make on the Syntakt ends up sounding like a trap beat right now, so I decided to roll with it and get it out of my system. Had a lot of fun playing with control-all on the filter and various synth settings, and my hands got quite busy holding the FUNC and FILL buttons while switching between the master filter and tracks and tweaking knobs :D
Everything was recorded in one take, no overdubs. All audio is coming from the Syntakt, with the following plugins added in post:
MJUC (compressor)
Phoenix (preamp sim)
Maximus (Multiband expander I use as an EQ)
SlickEQ (equalizer for the highest highs)
ToTape6 (tape sim)
Limiter6 (using the clipper and limiter modules)
