Ganbare Goemon Gaiden: Kieta Ogon Kiseru (the subtitle translates to The Missing Golden Pipe) is an RPG released by Konami for the Famicom in January 5 1990. The plot involves Goemon and his party searching for his golden kiseru (a Japanese smoking pipe). This journey will take them through all of Japan, part of China, a tropical island, and even a alien's UFO. There they will experience many wacky scenarios, meet new friends, and fight tough new enemies. This game uses the VRC4 mapper chip (no, it does not have extra sound channels). The soundtrack was composed by the Konami Kukeiha Club; with contributions by Tsutomu Ogura, 楊伶花 (Yoreika), Michiru Yamane, Harumi Ueko, Satoko Minami, and 人生色魔 (Jinsei Shikima).
