The ATI Rage IIC launched in 1996 and is ATI's (now AMD) second generation 3D graphics chip. In this video we will test Windows 3D performance, including the proprietary ATI 3D CIF technology. But there is more to this graphics chip, we will also look at performance in DOS and Windows 3.11.
