We're at nearly 13,000 known job losses in the gaming industry in 2024 at nearly 150 companies. And so many times we hear the same rhetoric from executives preaching accountability, yet they are never the ones actually being held accountable. It's everyone below them that they failed, and it's tiring.

Whether its Microsoft or Ubisoft or Hi-Rez or EA or Take-Two or XR Games or another large or small studio. It never changes. Enough is enough.
