Many games are disappearing, with server shut downs and delistings happening more frequently. We don't really "own" any of the multiplayer games we love as at the drop off a hat they could become unplayable. In this video I want to talk about learning to appreciate the good times while you are in them, and trying to appreciate the great games while they are still playable. I will talk through a handful games that are unplayable now and games that I truly miss. I hope moving forward games have access to more tools that let communities keep servers and playerbases alive and well, far past an official end of support date.
