Dream Satellite 2 is a celebration of 20 years of Yume Nikki. Thank you to all of our members, and to all of you who keep the spirit of the community alive.
Ive recently participated in a collab album that celebrated Yume Nikkis 20th anniversary! Its one of my all time favorite games, so I was very happy to be a part of it.
I finally got around to making another lofi hip hop track! There are already quite a few lofi hip hop remixes of Yume Nikkis music out there, so I didnt have a lot of options. But this demon room theme ended up being a pretty good base! Especially the harmonization was lots of fun. I also totally forgot that Madotsuki starts napping if you sit down for a while.

The soundtrack of our newest game! As the game was analogue horror inspired, I figured Id experiment with the distorted swing track trope. It was very much inspired by The Caretakers Everywhere At The End Of Time. But instead of sampling old timey music I decided to compose an original track in that style and then distort this original composition. During gameplay the first four tracks get louder and the latter four tracks get quieter when the TV is in focus and vice versa. At certain points the tracks would proceed to their creepier variant: Your would get replaced by Sins then Are and finally Forgiven while House Without Windows would get replaced with House Without Doors etc. Dynamic music in VNs! Can recommend!

A documentary filmmaker decided to center his next project around analog horror. While researching, he stumbles upon a VHS tape being sold on an online marketplace that was found at a cults gathering place after all but one member had suddenly disappeared. He decides to watch the tape and film his live reaction for one of his documentarys segments. At first, he assumes it to be an amateur creation, but soon finds out that there might be more to the tape than he thought.
The game features multiple endings that depend on your choices throughout the game. We encourage you to try to get the good ending. Seeing all routes takes about one hour, depending on your reading speed.

Ive recently participated in a collab album that celebrated Yume Nikkis 20th anniversary! Its one of my all time favorite games, so I was very happy to be a part of it.
Just like for the last Dream Satellite album collab, I decided to create a brass arrangement of a Yume Nikki track! I really love using those brass VSTs. This was also a great opportunity to whip out the old MIDI breath controller (after cleaning it of course).
The flute room track has always been close to my heart. I was happy to be able to remix it for this album. I of course had to implement the flute effect SFX into the second half of this track.
