Something I couldnt figure out for a while was how to split my characters animations into separate files and import them successfully.
The secret is to save the same reset pose in all the files, making sure its sorted to the top alphabetically.
This is a limitation in Godot 3 that was fixed with Godot 4, but the workaround isnt too bad now that I understand it.
