Dan from PixelFX has sent me an early GameCube RetroGEM!

GameCube RetroGEM is a "no-cut" digital video mod for the Nintendo GameCube. It features an optional full size HDMI port and it doesn't use GCVideo!

Let's finish installing this RetroGEM into my Japanese GameCube!
