Not spectacular but still a wonderful display of raw power. Taken at 120 fps and rendered to 60 fps to slow motion. Dense clouds with snow affecting visibility at times. This is just a fraction of the footage - lots hidden in the other files.
Notice some waves even switch direction. This is from the interaction between incoming waves and reflected waves. These seemingly chaotic waves are not chaotic but form a distinct crosshatch pattern (see my video on clapotis waves): youtu.be/0surbLSfB7c
