this time i am going in to depth on this problem that all new galaxy devices seem to suffer from i did not see it on s8 devices for example and as mentioned my mate 10 pro does not have it, whenever i show pictures or say anything people instantly say i just forgot to turn the blue light filter off or some other excuse, this is an issue that cannot be fixed with calibration, samsung advertises that 60% of blue light has been removed for health reasons and i prefer cold colors, as you can see in this video white is not as white as it could be and the mate 10 pro is clearly brighter as the fold display is limited, i assume this relates to the super bright mode that only turns on when you shine a flashlight on the proximity sensor or if playing hdr content it is also possible hdr just has a good neutral color calibration rather than boost in brightness, the colors overall are just dull, and the screen to me is not bright enough which is unacceptable for 2000 dollars but i still think this phone is worth the money but it is not good enough for me to spend that kind of money for 2 years, and i feel this is an important subject to discuss but noone seems to notice it so i want people to be aware of it
