Long ago GALACTUS once fought against a Celestial named Eson The Searcher. After the destruction of GALACTUS, Thanos was able to capture Loki son of Odin during the Great War for Earth. Thanos is on the Hunt for the Infinity Stones, while attempting to take the Soul Stone from Adam Warlock Thanos failed, and now knows he needs the Mind Stone from Loki in order to defeat Adam.
