The growth of the marine autonomy sector is unlocking new opportunities, and our industry partners consistently tell us they need graduates who understand how new systems work and have the practical skills to turn theory into action.
Our Masters-level Applied Marine Autonomy module helps students develop these skills by offering experience in facilities like our Autonomous Systems Test Laboratory, our Marine Station, and on the waters of Plymouth Sound.
Those facilities and opportunities are also available through undergraduate degrees in Marine Engineering, Ocean Exploration, Computer Science and Robotics, as part of our commitment to fostering skills that are strengthening the UK’s national security and resilience.
