We bought Gabriel's first bb gun and then took it target shooting in a forest up in the Sierra mountains. We got the Daisy Red Ryder classic bb rifle and he loves it! He was 5 years old when we got it, my wife isn't too crazy about it.
**NOTE** For all the comments of "he's not holding it correctly", he cannot reach the trigger unless the stock is on top of his shoulder, so for now this is 'correct' until his arms grow longer! :) A bb gun has no kick so it's fine. I WILL continue to teach him the right way, safely! Thank you!
