Dark Angels Combat Patrol Goes Rogue With Blood Red Paint Origin Painting 2021-03-07 | Welcome back, everyone! Today, I'm painting the new Dark Angels Combat Patrol box in Red; because, Blood Angels are the best angels! So, in order to make this more Blood Angels-y, I converted them using some left over bits from a Sanguinary Guard box, as well as a Baal Predator box. All in all, this box contained 5 Intercessors, 3 Inceptors, a Chaplain, and a Redemptor dreadnought. Quite the haul! I managed to get this box built, painted, and based in around 14 hours. How To Speed Paint 50 Blood Angels. Batch Painting Space Marines Origin Painting 2020-12-06 | This is the first and possibly only time I will speed paint 50 Blood Angels. These Space Marines are a successor chapter called the Blood Drinkers, just think less black and more gold. It took me 33 hours to paint these to a battle ready standard. I walked through each step and applied it to every Marine before I moved on to the next step. At times it felt like I hadn't achieved anything after sitting there for a couple hours but it definitely paid off in the end. How To Apply A Wash With A Watercolor Brush Pen Origin Painting 2020-11-28 | Here a quick 60 second #shorts tip for you guys. You can apply your wash of choice using Watercolor Brush Pens. Just fill the reservoir with your wash, cap it off and gently squeeze to release wash. Release pressure and no more wash will come out. This is a huge time saver for batch painting or working on larger projects as you dont have to keep going back to the pot to get more wash.
