my old PB was from 15 years ago in this track. i gained most of my time from properly doing the MTS in the last turn since i didn't do it well in my old PB. one thing i got in an earlier PB to this one is a little shift boost exiting the last MTS in lap 2, which is why the ghost catches up there. it wasn't a mistake but extra luck the other run had.
to record this, i use a Gamecube connected to a Retrotink 4K with an HDMI adapter that goes in the Digital AV out. this is the best quality possible when playing on original hardware. this recording also has the input display.
