Black Shadow has Roy Hughes(Clank's father)'s brain. Dr. Stewart decides to help Black Shadow putting it into a robot to make it become his tool. He does it but erases his memory and names it "Mighty Gazelle" because it may not be very good for Clank to know who he actually is and Black Shadow mustn't use him.
