Credits to Xurai on the FZD server for actually seeing the possibility of getting UFO'd on this track.

It turns out that if you're in power down and boost at the perfect moment when you land, you get a brief burst of power peaking at +740 km/h, which is JUST enough to make it across the gap between the second jump plate and the Dash Plate part of the track on Mirror Big Blue. Even then you have to keep a straight line and do a bad landing in the style of the Port Town shortcut and hard-turn to the left/right, assuming you even get past the railing (you're at 1 Hp, so anything grazing kills you at this point).

Is it useful ? Not at all ! You lose a lot of time from doing the shortcut itself, and you're still in power down. But, it's achievable if you can manage the perfect inputs.
