This may not be impressive with a 1080-display, and I could have zoomed the video to double the macro effect, but that would have made the footage a bit nervous and also not as crisp with Youtube's bitrates.
But when recording 4K, it is always an option to crop to 1080 to double the zoom effect, which is helpful when supermacro is the aim.
BTW, I don't actually have a 4K display myself, but it already looks impressive in 1440.
This was the highlight of one of my older test recordings that was wasting way too much harddisk space, and I finally found the motivation to edit it.
Not-so-fun fact: Due to XMedia Recode crashing on rendering 4K and Handbrake not accepting DaVinci Resolve's DNxHR, I had to encode the master to lossless YUV, that's nearly 4 Gbps! This resulted in a 26 GB file for this 55-second video, and that I could then load into Handbrake which then only encoded without artifacts if I used the preset "slow" or faster. Slower presets worked in the past, but you know how quirky PC systems can be.
