FZ-1W has a V and an M mode. Vintage mode is classic 60's fuzz - aggressive yet toneful, and responsive to your volume. The M mode is our Modern take - we smoothed out the response, and lifted the mids so that you can go from subtle fuzz-like overdrive, to high gain leads with just the gain knob.
