Sonic Dream Team - Dr. Eggman PA announcements Egg Emperor 2024-01-22 | The awesome announcements that can be heard throughout Ego City in Sonic Dream Team! It's great to get more of these after how iconic and memorable they were in Colors. Mike Pollock really brings the great humor and charm to the dialogue just like he did back then! I just KNEW Eggman was going to award himself employee of the month, it's golden XDThese aren't ripped from the files, I'm not sure if that's even possible from Apple. I simply recorded these through the game with all sounds but sfx turned down and tried to remove the sound of the wind background ambience in post. It's not completely clean audio but I did my best and it's a big improvement from the initial recording.I've played every act and mission of Ego City many times by now and explored them thoroughly and didn't hear any more than these eight announcements, so these should be all of them. Sonic Dream Team - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes Egg Emperor 2023-12-05 | Cutscenes with Eggman in Sonic Dream Team! Includes the optional character specific dialogue which some people are leaving out.Eggman's portrayal is fantastic in this game! Seeing him thrive and have a blast as his best evil self, with sinister intentions and dastardly scheming is always the best! Evil Eggman hasn't gone anywhere AND his evil and violence towards kids even as young as Cream hasn't changed a bit. XD Also love that Eggman isn't tied to Sage now like the fandom seems to want him to be with him never leaving her side and just being a wholesome domesticated dad and not a villain at all anymore. He's still his own character and not just an extension and accessory of her as her father, he's a whole great main villain of the series for 30+ years first! The concept of enterting a dream world and seeing into Eggman's brilliant mind is awesome. It's not in this video but Ego City looks epic and has a perfect fitting name lol. Nightmare Eggman is so cool! Finally he gets to *become* the eldritch horror final boss himself! And just nice to finally be back in action as boss again.Mike Pollock's performance was also phenomenal. I love how cheeky and playful Eggman sounds with his sing song tone in mockery and then how serious and threatening he gets! This is Mike's brilliant range showcased at its best here! Sonic Superstars - All Dr. Eggman Cutscenes & Animations Egg Emperor 2023-10-16 | All Eggman cutscenes and animations I encountered playing story mode in Sonic Superstars. He has very fun and cute expressive animations full of personality and make me laugh and smile and his model looks great! Seeing his classic adorable little run in 3D is such a delight. I wish there was more drawn animation with him but what we got was really nice. Because there was only one in the actual game, I added a supercut of the Trio of Trouble for more length and context. Sort by chapters (in comments if it doesn't work) if you'd like to skip that.The idea was to include at least one of each time he does each of his various in-game animations. There are a couple of repeats though as I couldn't decide which looked best. XD I haven't played Trip's story or the Last Story yet because there's no Eggman in them. It's strange how the story is so vague and unclear at some points and Eggman kind of just disappears and has no role in the other two. She shows true loyalty, efficiency in serving and protecting him as created, and prioritizes his safety and desires. Like she talks about saving him and the world for him to rule specifically which he smiles smugly at like "finally somebody here understands it's all about me ):D" and how she protects him during the final battle.These are the same things she did in the base game and the specific reasons he praises and warms up to her, also for how calling himself her father is another way to take pride in her as her genius creator, as he said in the Egg Memos. It's for selfish, self serving, self praising reasons as ever. I like that and it's very in character that way and how it's possible for such a dynamic to exist with his narcissism. Sage is the one giving things to him, protecting him, serving him, and showing loyalty, support, and respect for his desires while Eggman just takes. She does exactly what he wants as she’s created for and is willing and enthusiastic unlike a lot of creations of his. Eggman still hasn’t done shit for Sage, except praise her when she does what he wants but then becomes grumpy and snaps at her every time she does something he doesn’t. He does it again in this too when he’s seemingly really jealous and pissed off when he notices her looking at Super Sonic with admiration lolI also really like the ending. Eggman isn’t the overly affectionate gushing throwing arms around people type, it doesn’t suit his demeanor and behavior and I’m glad to see that hasn’t been suddenly forced with Sage. This isn’t over the top and uncomfortable OOC like in fanon. I like how it’s a subtle and small gesture, with him extending his arm with hand out to her but looking away and forward. He’s quiet, solemn, and reserved. His demeanor and body language is important. He takes a breath that seems like a “sigh well, here goes” kind of way then mumbles it, not much, just small words of praise towards her doing the things he created and praised her for before- doing what he wants her to and serving her purpose as his protector like she protected him in the fight, and calling her his daughter also has the same effect in encouraging her and he knows it, as well as how it’s appealing to him for his pride as he said in the memo.It’s important to acknowledge he’s not shy at all, that’s the last word to describe him. He has the highest self esteem, self love, and confidence and it’s all genuine. It’s just hyper affectionate super warm and mushy gushy-ness, be it through feelings, words, or actions isn’t his thing. The most he’s ever going to hype someone up close to it is in a performative manipulative way to urge them to continue doing what pleases him, and he forces it in some cases more than others, you get varying degrees.But I like how it’s on the more subtle side here, it’s even more telling of his true character. When he’s acting like this it aligns with that reasoning again but with a new look at his style of showing it in a physical subtle manner, with his behavior being similar to the scene where she saved him in Cyber Space and said he was proud of her for it- only it was only through words then. We’ve now seen how he can show this verbally and physically and I like it a lot, it’s the only way this can work and they did it. This is the best outcome.I truly believe he doesn’t know how to feel the typical conventional idea of “love” for anyone but himself because he's the biggest egotist and narcissist and is extremely selfish and y'all seem to forget what it entails for his behavior and personality feelings, and mindset with his self absorption and low empathy. There's no sudden exceptions, Sage is literally just another perfect example of it, nothing has changed.The only way he can value anyone that isn’t himself is in what they can do for him, what’s in it for him is always his mindset, so it’s the same thing of self praising, self serving, and self-centered, just being served through another person appealing to it by serving him, agreeing with his outlook, and having a willingness to serve and good use to him. And that’s the exact reasoning behind it with Sage. This is known and true in the prequel comic, memos, and Flynn’s words and hasn’t changed. Sonic Frontiers: The Final Horizon - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes & conversations Egg Emperor 2023-10-01 | All Eggman cutscenes and in game island encounter conversation dialogue in Sonic Frontiers: The Final Horizon. Most uploads tend to be missing the latter.I really enjoyed Eggman in this story update, a huge improvement over the original ending's events! I love how Eggman hates the teamwork and hero stuff and he still wants Sonic dead but when it's about saving him specifically and the world he wants to rule like Sage put it, he's a very pleased and smug bastard and it really shows his selfishness. They also have another brief good in character interaction at the end too, it's all a breath of fresh air after the fandom's mass misinterpreting of it.Both Eggman's grumpy old man and evil villainous side were represented well here lol I love it. I like how he got to do something cool and be little more involved with a slightly more active role in the story. And it's really cool that he's now on the map in the islands too, I liked hearing about his research and his thoughts and feelings on things. I could listen to him telling me all the lore for hours heheh 💜 And Mike Pollock's performance was fantastic! Solid story upgrade overall. Sonic Heroes - Dr. Eggman radio voice clips with original pitch Egg Emperor 2023-04-11 | Ever wondered what Eggman's higher pitched walkie talkie/radio lines would sound like when lowered to be closer to his regular vocal pitch? This edit attempts to give an idea of that!While the radio effect filter unfortunately can't be removed and the pitch can't be 100% consistently accurate as it naturally changes throughout the clips, I've always wanted to pitch it down the best I can to make it sound somewhat closer to the original pitch so we can see what it's like and appreciate them even more.This was the best I could do without attempting to edit 56 voice clips individually to get them all exact lol. There are certain sections/lines/word that will sound a little too high or low in pitch while others are very close to spot on- but overall I'd say it's close enough and gives us an idea of how it initially sounded.We do actually have one unfiltered unpitched clip available in an early scene for Heroes here: youtu.be/rzIvRoPJcow and I tried my best to match up the pitch with that specifically as one of my references for editing this.I've been very picky with this and whether it sounds okay enough to finally post without attempting to toggle for the hundredth time but I'm accepting that it's impossible for it all to 100% exact unless I were to edit all 56 clips individually, so here we go at last. He's funny, determined, charismatic, smart and cunning, nasty, knows he's evil and embraces it, he is everything to me... One of my favorite and most underrated portrayals ever because it perfectly encapsulates tons of the things I love most about him in one place 🥰💜💘My favorite thing is how brutal Eggman is with Emerl. Just something about him as a flesh and blood living breathing human being with a heart, telling Emerl, a robot without a heart- to have a "heart" and show mercy and forgiveness. Emerl does give him a chance and even thanks him despite being treated horribly because at least he could meet Sonic and friends and feel like a living being with a "heart" and learn love. Only for Eggman to trick, laugh at, and mock him for his softness and feelings, revealing that he's the real heartless one- regardless of what they own or lack in a literal physical sense. The powerful impact of Eggman being the cruel, cold, heartless monster- over the literal cold metal robot without a heart that's artificial instead of a real flesh and blood living being. Fuck man it's brilliant.He's a real heartless bastard that doesn't care about sentient robots and other creations as people, no matter how real and like flesh and blood living beings they feel. He shows them no mercy either way and sees them only as tools for him to use and if they have feelings, he'll just take advantage of them and/or destroy or repurpose them when it makes them realize how horrible he is and want to betray him. It's twisted and impactful when he's the one that's more cold and heartless than artificial creations. How he'll take advantage of their life-like feelings and manipulate and break them without hesitance or remorse, all for his own selfish gain and will even enjoy it, laugh in their face, and mock them for their feelings and softness. It's so compelling and scary and dark, what he's capable of doing mentally and physically to them.This game gives a great look into how cruelly Eggman can treat robots when they don't do what he wants, even when they've been worked on by his grandfather and idol and are made to have the soul of his cousin Maria. It shows the lengths he'll go to punish and discard those who anger him won't do as he says but will also take advantage of people by tricking and forcing them into it when he can. It highlights his determination to get what he wants, his confidence in what he does, and he acknowledges that he's evil. It even has the moment that emphasizes that the reason he doesn't want the world to be destroyed is for purely selfish reasons- because it needs to exist for him to rule, obviously!There's just so much great stuff here that says a lot about his character and deserve way more recognition and appreciation. Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes Egg Emperor 2022-09-22 | Here are all the cutscenes for Eggman in 06! I put them in chronological order too and I'm really happy with how it turned out. ^^ Even though his role wasn't very big in this game which is a crime, he's still a delight as always every minute he's on screen. And 06 Eggman is overhated, especially in terms of design. He doesn't look that bad, it's an okay change for a one off. They did him dirty with his in-game model textures but his CG model looks great. But my favorite thing has to be his visible blue eyes. They're so pretty and I really wish they'd show them again. 💙I've now finally completed cutscene compilations for all the main game stories! But there's still more to come, I have plans for a few more compilations and there's one that I plan on remaking soon so my playlist can feel perfect and complete, so stay tuned. Shadow the Hedgehog 2005 - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes Egg Emperor 2022-09-13 | It's finally here! The cutscenes for my second favorite game and also one of the pieces of media to thank for how I fell in love with Eggman. There's no definitive order for these with some canon and some not, so I just did what felt right lol. This includes the alternate versions of scenes too, none are exactly the same in terms of dialogue and voice clip recordings.Eggman might not have had the plot significance he really deserved but he has some great even moments in the cutscenes and tons of great in game dialogue for his missions too. He's very charming and funny at times and serious and threatening the next, all important and loved aspects of his character.It's really sad that the Shadow android concept was wasted because it was a really cool concept with awesome potential. In the Devil Doom fight Eggman was all like "I rescued you 🥺" and people are like aww so sweet lol but he was actually such a terrible bastard with a fucked up scheme all the way through. He had a robot retrieve Shadow after SA2 and kept it a secret while he studied him and used him to successfully create tons of android clones of the Ultimate Lifeform which is really impressive, he came up with those epic versions in multiplayer mode in ShtH 2005 with cool colors and guns for arms, and tried to gaslight Shadow into thinking he had no past, pretend he was just another android clone, and use him as a tool to help him fight of the Black Arms and GUN and collect emeralds for his "master." Which is so deeply selfish when the world is in danger. Not only did he act entitled and claim ownership to Shadow due to him being his grandfather's creation but he had to go ahead and gaslight and manipulate him into thinking he created him. To convince him he isn't a being with free will and any purpose other than blindly carrying out his orders without question, even when he deals with confusion and distress about glimpses of his dark memories. Eggman just tells him none of it is real. It's so much more fucked up than people seem to realize and it's great.And the bastard wasn't even sorry, he didn't really feel guilty and he never apologized to Shadow. In the Expert Mode dialogue after his confession, he just shrugged off the way Shadow seemed 'upset' with him after finding out what he did. Because fucked up manipulation is nothing new to him and he doesn't feel an ounce of guilt. The concept was surely supposed to be something bigger, considering the Shadow androids were eerily shown a whole game before Shadow 2005. I really wish they hadn't shoved Eggman, the androids, and his manipulation aside for more focus on GUN and the Black Arms alone, as he's just as important to his story as the grandson of his creator. They ended making it such a small underused concept like it was nothing important and just had him suddenly turned against and killed in three different endings.But I do love all the great moments that we did get to see in this game that has both a great story and gameplay overall and is always a blast to come back to.Sorry for the long description, I'm very passionate about this game lol. Sonic Colors Ultimate - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes Egg Emperor 2021-09-04 | Remake of my past Colors cutscene compilation, now with the upscaled cutscenes of Colors Ultimate. I know people have complaints about how they've handled them in this remaster but I do like how they look smoother now, instead of as crunchy and pixelated as the Wii version. Eggman has all the best moments in this game and Mike Pollock never fails to deliver a beautiful performance. Colors gave me a lot of great laughs and he's to thank for all of those! :D 💜🥰💕💘Fun fact: They messed up the theater mode in Colors Ultimate so you can't watch the cutscenes in full screen when you're in it, like you could in the original. Now it just plays in a tiny box with the menu still around it and I didn't know it'd be different in this. So I had to replay Ultimate twice in one day so I could get these Eggman cutscenes in full screen lol. I do wish he said it more often, he especially needs to say it in the games because then it would be much better known. Sonic and the Secret Rings - King Shahryar cutscenes + Sonic Runners dialogue Egg Emperor 2021-05-16 | Even though he only appeared for a couple of minutes, I just had to make a video combining King Shahryar's Secret Rings and Runners appearances because I love him so much!All he does in Secret Rings is be rude while accusing others of being rude, then gets captured and rescued- that’s literally it. But when I saw him I was like well done I’ve fallen in love with you and I’m going to treasure you for the next 13 years lol. I also adore his outfit and jewelry. He’s wearing one of my favorite colors, royal purple, and combining it with gold. He’s absolutely GORGEOUS 💜💓💘👀What makes him so interesting to me? Well, I just think that him literally being the main character in the Arabian Nights has so much potential, yet he didn’t get any spotlight in the game. An Eggman counterpart with a completely different lifestyle and lack of interest in world domination without being a good guy is really interesting. Also he’s sexy and a rude hypocrite that accuses others of being rude. He’s still a terrible, mean, entitled asshole and that’s very appealing to me specifically so I’m stuck loving and missing him and dreaming of what could’ve been forever. :') 💜💜💜💜----------Find me around the web! Lego Dimensions - Dr. Eggman cutscenes & in-game dialogue Egg Emperor 2020-08-30 | Lego Dimensions Eggman deserves much more appreciation and it’s about time I compiled his precious scenes and dialogue for a video! He’s very funny and entertaining with great moments and lots of fun references, all well performed by Mike Pollock. His Lego design is also so beautiful. 💜It's not every in-game voice clip for Eggman in the entire game in this video because after a few replays of this level pack, I’ve found that some clips are only occasional, and he has a number of alternate lines for certain actions. I made sure to record all that played during this playthrough, though! I can say that all of the actual cutscenes are definitely here - and the main story dialogue. Sonic Lost World - Dr. Eggman voice clips (Mike Pollock) Egg Emperor 2020-02-23 | Here are the voice clips of Eggman in Lost World, performed by the brilliant Mike Pollock! His acting for Eggman remains the most definitive, iconic, and treasured in my heart!What's interesting about the voice clips for the final boss in Lost World is that the clips where he speaks sentences aren't that common to hear during the battle. I've only heard him say the 'prepare yourself!' line in the console version and the 'impossible! my sublime, magnificent plan!' line in the 3DS version myself.I have no idea if some of these clips went completely unused or if it's just rare for them to play but I've never actually heard some of these in the game. Which is a shame because I always enjoy hearing his taunts and the increase of his anger as the battle goes on, it makes the fight feel much more lively.----------Find me around the web! Sonic Adventure 2 - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes Egg Emperor 2019-12-06 | Deem Bristow, bless his soul, did a fantastic job at helping build Eggman's character in the 3D Sonic world, which is such an important thing for the series. It saddens me that his performance is so overlooked, especially due to ahem, recent meme related occurrences. :( But Deem makes me hold Eggman so dearly to me, just as much as Mike does! His voice is so nice to listen to and I find his quiet, gruff and sinister tone very soothing. It brings so much nostalgia because it's part of some of my most special memories 💜These were all recorded by myself but I obviously didn't animate the cutscenes so I am not the owner of them lol. I've been having so much fun playing as Eggman, he's always the star of the show! And in the Olympic games, I never tire of playing as him in every event nonstop. Lego Dimensions: All Dr. Eggman mission dialogue (Mike Pollock) Egg Emperor 2019-09-21 | Why did I make this? Because well, Eggman in Lego Dimensions was the most overlooked thing about the Sonic level pack. His lines are absolutely golden and hearing Mike Pollock perform so many great references really made the experience! If only we could get the original recordings of these All of Eggman's dialogue here is so funny and entertaining and I've noticed that it didn't get the attention it deserved. Also, his Lego look is really adorable and for that, he should not go unnoticed!Now remade with no music and sound effects going on in the background because his beautiful voice is all that matters. If I had realized there was an option to toggle the sound like this then I would have done this in the first place. Sonic Adventure - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes Egg Emperor 2019-09-21 | Deem Bristow, bless his soul, gave it his all right off the bat for his first Eggman performance and it was the beginning of something truly beautiful. His fantastic take on the character really brought him to life and created memorable lines and scenes that are treasured to this very day! He's made me truly hold the character of Eggman dear to me just as much as Mike does 💜This remake was also made not only due to compression but also because I wanted a video that actually had all the alternate versions of his lines/scenes in all the character stories. Now it really is ALL Eggman scenes. I replayed all the stories recently and thought why not? They're in order of the characters you unlock, not actually chronologically ordered story-wise. I did this because if the alternate cutscenes all played in a row it might seem too repetitive. Also, I apologize for it being DX, I can't record DC right now. Sonic Colors - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes Egg Emperor 2019-09-21 | Eggman is the only one with good scenes in this game, face the FACTS. I put them all together for our viewing pleasure. Mike Pollock never fails to deliver a beautiful performance, Colors gave me a lot of great laughs and he's to thank for all of those! :DThis is a remake I've also been wanting to do for a whiiile. And this time I decided to do something different! My style of how I do my Eggman cutscene videos have changed a lot since I started making them. Sonic Generations - All Dr. Eggman cutscenes Egg Emperor 2019-09-15 | One of my favorite things about the cutscenes in this game is Eggman's animation, I feel he's especially lively here with his expressions, bold gestures and the way that he's practically throwing himself around in excitement during the Time Eater cutscene. Mike Pollock also does a fantastic job of really bringing that energy out of him. It's endlessly entertaining!This remake was very much needed because the footage got so terribly compressed the last time I uploaded them. Now it's the highest quality I can record it in myself, which looks a lot better than my last in comparison. Sonic Generations - Dr. Eggman voice clips (Mike Pollock) Egg Emperor 2019-08-23 | Well, this is the shortest voice clip video here so far! I really wish he had more dialogue outside of the cutscenes, but it makes sense since there's only three bosses where he talks in game and 2/3 use the same clips. Classic's Death Egg Robot uses the same as modern's Egg Dragoon. In the last boss they both say the same lines doubled to overlap each other in sound. These can be considered classic and modern Eggman voice clips because of this. Despite there not being many during gameplay, the ones we got are still brilliant in quality and delivery and he's absolutely fantastic in the cutscenes too!I apologize for the delay in uploads recently, I was having problems with my computer but hopefully from now on the space between them won't be so large.----------Find me around the web!
