In this video, we highlight the delivery of one inquiry-based activity from our Lost in Space Teacher Professional Development workshop, provide an overview of the activity, and explore its implementation in a primary school classroom.
Future Makers is an innovative partnership between the Queensland Museum Network and Shell’s QGC business aiming to increase students’ uptake of and performance in STEM-related subjects and careers. Together with The University of Queensland (UQ), we are researching the effects of the Future Makers partnership and developing a museum-based professional development intervention for middle years’ teachers, aligned to the Australian Science Curriculum.
