For Future Cinema's production of Roger Rabbit we created a fully interactive live toon puppet of Bongo the gorilla doorman. A hidden performer could interact with the audience by controlling Bongos eyes and emotions while his voice automatically controlled Bongos facial movements. The actor could see the audience from a hidden camera that fed into the puppet software.
We also created many animations for the huge hidden gauze projection screen seen on stage that were bought to life by the performers.
