The world download is in the github readme. However, I did not include the animations because they are not my intellectual property. If you have your own .vmd files (which follow the restrictions I listed in the readme), they should work. I've only tried with animations from this single game so it's possible that it won't work for others. Let me know if you find any issues.
I ripped the game animations using this tool:
