This clever and funny invention is a crash proof car. Obviously this automobile didn't stick as car crashes and car accidents frequently occur, the design eventually failed.
September 21, 1934 an inventor in San Diego attempted to develop a car that wouldn't get phased by accidents. The car was made out of steel, wire and plaster and was able to withstand brutal beatings and punishment. However, the car made for a very rigid ride and in the event of an car crash it would have done little to prevent damage to the driver.
