I was working the caricature booth on an extremely slow day (it rained pretty much the entire day) and I noticed a lot of people looking to the east over Lake Shafer. Just a couple minutes before, I'd taken some pictures of a little pointy thing coming from the cloud... I thought there was no way it was a funnel. Sure enough though, people were calling it a funnel cloud and the storm sirens went off not long after. Park officials were running around trying to get everyone into shelter... most of us went into Frankenstein's Castle.
Anyway, needless to say, I didn't make a lot of money this weekend!
