🎸 Blues Lick of The Day #4

Played over the transition from the I chord - IV chord in the key of A, this lick starts out with some A blues scale based vocabulary and then targets the major 3rd of the IV chord (D7) when it appears in the progression.

Targeting major 3rd’s of the I, IV and V chords is a great way of ‘highlighting’ the chord changes with the note choices in your blues guitar solos.
