Hi Everyone, I’m very excited to share with all of you a project I have also spent a few months collaborating with a former animator from Exceptional Minds. The Project is called FUNKO POPPIN!!!
I have always loved Funko Pops, and my room is full of them. I met a friend named Spencer last October at Jorge Gutierrez’s art show in Downtown LA. She works at Funko Hollywood, and we took a picture together.
During this project, I learned a new animation technique called Morphing. Morphing is the process of smoothly transforming one image or object into another over time by creating frames that blend the source and shapes.
I decided it would be kind of cool to turn our picture into our very own Funko Pops.
