Complete with 21 cannon salute, helicopter fly over, and speeches by Governor Schwarzenegger, Diane Feinstein, and Mayor Ron Dellums.
According to some sources, close to 20,000 people showed up, many of them police officers from around the country. You've never seen so many cops in one place!
