10 year anniversary being the first disney edit i post in 10 years just feels right!
the fact it has actually been TEN YEARS since i last completed a disney edit feels wild and i was worried i wouldnt know these movies well enough to come back to it, but editing this felt like coming home.
i lost a lot of footage when i moved over to my current PC and good quality disney movies have been ROUGH to find but when i heard this song i knew it would fit some of these movies so well.
i tried to include all of mine and andys favourites, as well as some movies that just expertly fit the vibes. to me this song is about hope, about not giving up, about falling down and coming back even stronger - about never going back to what breaks you. and that kind of hope is animated movies for me. so i hope y'all enjoy this.

when we got together i had started to lose my love for disney, not because i didnt still resonate with it but because i felt like i should "grow up." but andy and i watched some of the movies together within the first few weeks of dating and they have remained our comfort ever since.
thank you for 10 years of giving my inner child a safe space to land, letting me love what i love and being my light when it all gets dark. heres to the next adventure: the next 10 years!

The situation in Gaza is getting worse by the day. In the past two years, more than 10% of the population have been wiped out, including tens of thousands of children and that number only continues to rise.

Auction 4 Gaza is a fundraising event within the editing community for #FreePalestine. We will be hosting a vidder’s auction where all proceeds go to Palestine. Some vidders will also have vidlets up for grabs after the auction! Our goal is to raise as much money as possible and to show support through our community.
We invite as many people to join us whether as a vidder, bidder or to show support. We would also love it if people donate on their own whether they win their bids or not (as Palestine urgently needs help right now). Even a small amount will make a huge difference.
