Hello: If it seems I'm in an off mood it's due to struggling with my student loan application. Did you know in BC, Canada you have to re-apply, from scratch, every single semester? It sounds strangely backwards, doesn't it? And when you call several different Canadian agencies to ask if there is anything that can be done to solve the problem simply, you will spend quite a lot of time talking with people who continuously say, "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do..."
