My prediction for the apparent rotation (Field Rotation) of the Full Moon on February 19 2019 as seen from Phoenix Arizona.
I predict that apparent rotation WILL be seen, especially as the Moon approaches and passes transit of the meridian (culmination). This is due to normal field rotation, explained in my earlier videos.
